Atenaga / Privacy Policy
Privacy policy.
What the Office of Strategy & Brand Architecture collects when you write to us or read these pages, why we hold it, and how long it stays.
Who is responsible
The Office of Strategy & Brand Architecture holds and handles personal information for Rev. Victor Atenaga and the nine enterprise arms of the brand. Write to office@victoratenaga.com with any question about this policy or about information we hold on you.
What we collect
This site carries no contact form, no sign-up and no advertising. Information reaches us in two ways.
What you send us
- Your name, email address and whatever else you choose to include when you write to one of the listed channels, such as your organisation, role, event dates, budget range or the nature of your request.
- Details exchanged while a booking, coaching program, academy place, consulting engagement or partnership is arranged and delivered, including invoicing and scheduling details.
What the site records
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. These support security and reliability.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens and Google receives your IP address under its own privacy terms.
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking or profiling scripts.
Why we hold it
- To read, route and answer your enquiry, which is the main reason anything is held at all.
- To arrange, deliver and administer bookings, programs, academy enrolment and advisory work.
- To meet accounting, contractual and other legal obligations tied to an engagement.
- To keep the site secure and available.
We rely on your request to us, on the performance of an agreement, on legal obligation, and on our legitimate interest in running the Office and protecting the site. Where consent is the basis, such as a mailing list you join, you may withdraw it at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you once wrote to the Office. We do not use your enquiry to build advertising profiles.
Who else sees it
Access inside the brand is limited to the Office and to the team of the arm handling your request. Outside it, information may be shared with service providers acting on our instructions, such as our website host, email provider, scheduling and CRM tools, payment processors and accountants, and with event partners or publishers where that is needed to deliver an engagement you have agreed to.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some of these providers operate outside your country, and where that happens we expect appropriate safeguards to be in place.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to two years, so we can recognise a returning request.
- Engagement, program and academy records: for the length of the relationship and then as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
- Server logs: the retention period of our hosting provider, typically a matter of months.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, ask us to restrict processing, or ask for your information in a portable form.
Write to office@victoratenaga.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security and children
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, though no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
The site is intended for adults and for organisations. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Where a young person takes part in a program, we deal with a parent, guardian or sponsoring institution.
Changes
This policy will be updated as the arms of the brand grow and as the tools behind them change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. See also our Terms of Use.
